Roberts-Wade-2-174Wade Roberts has 25 years of experience consulting large and small companies. He has an extensive background assisting organizations with executive coaching, strategic planning, needs assessment, process improvement, sales training, cultural alignment and customer service.

Wade’s master certification in linguistics helps him identify the psychological drivers needed to maximize team and individual performance in the best as well as the most challenging situations. He has created and facilitated executive leadership programs, manager and supervisor development, employee feedback processes and quality service initiatives. He was the director of training and development for 5,000 employees at the Rio Hotel in Las Vegas and has successfully led a wide range of deliverables including new-hire interview processes, core values/vision/mission development, performance improvement, and strategies for sales, service, productivity, technology integration, policy and procedure creation and execution.

Wade has provided training and consulting for a wide range of consumer and vendor companies including call centers, VIP hospitality and gaming companies.
