Hartigan-Tim-174-2Tim Hartigan joined RCDA in 2015 to work on the telco project for DIRECTV. Tim’s site soon set daily sales records and went on to exceed monthly targets consistently. Next he moved to DIRECTV Direct Sales, improving close rate and bundle metrics at multiple sites. He currently supports DIRECTV’s customer retention group.

Tim has more than 25 years of award-winning sales and business leadership experience.

“My life has been a study of sales, motivation and leadership,” he says. “Helping others learn and grow is my passion.”

His selling career began in direct sales with Primerica Financial Services. Quickly promoted to regional vice president, Tim wrote and developed training and sales curriculum and built a successful agency that produced three additional vice presidents. He earned President’s Council and Golden Eagle recognition and was an inaugural member of the Pacesetter’s Club.

Tim went on to become a retail executive with Sears Holdings. He started as a store general manager where his team earned the top spot on the national score card. While he was a district manager, his teams became number one nationally in customer service and loyalty.

As an Air Force fighter pilot, Tim was a multi-national and joint-forces mission commander. He was hand-picked to brief and lead foreign dignitaries on visits to US installations.
