Kathy Campbell, Consultant

Campbell-Kathy-174-5Kathy Campbell joined RCDA in 2014. She has been working on the AT&T/DIRECTV portfolio, driving exceptional results with her coaching, training and development within the Direct Sales Team, Customer Experience Team and Sales Support Team. Kathy has more than 20 years of sales experience and an extensive background in corporations developing teams, implementing business systems, and coaching and mentoring sales professionals.

Her career experience includes working for AT&T (formerly Cellular One) as a corporate trainer, where she developed and facilitated programs for management, new hires and vendor partners. She also helped design and develop the new-hire workbooks, coordinated local and national events, and introduced and conducted training for new product releases.

After AT&T purchased Cellular One, Kathy launched her own business developing and delivering sales programs for corporate clients. In this role her experience includes creating and implementing strategic development plans, delivering customized customer service and sales workshops, goal setting, plan development, building successful teams from inception to full performance, and administering personality assessments to sales and customer service teams.
