Davis-Hugo-174-2Hugo Davis has more than 25 years of successful and proven operations leadership experience. Within the US and Latin America he has managed large multifunctional, multilingual and multi-location customer service centers and operations.

He has leadership and consultation expertise in many categories including P&L, setting strategic directions, business process outsourcing (BPO), leading large operations centers, managing national and international client relationships, re-engineering efforts, matrix and change management, third-party vendor and project management, training and development, Kaizen and Six Sigma quality processes implementations, audit and risk management, championing best operating practices and establishing world-class operations centers.

Hugo has structured new business ventures during his extensive financial services and banking career with Citibank International, BankAmerica, Continental Bank and Security Pacific National Bank serving in senior leadership positions within these companies.

He started his own management and operations consulting firm in California and subsequently in Florida having worked with companies such as NationsBank, Kinko’s and World Vision. He also served as senior consultant for the LoBue Group.

Within the BPO arena, Hugo has held senior leadership positions at C3, Sykes, APAC, ProtocolGS and Xerox (formerly ACS).

His primary focus has been to improve business performance.
