His areas of expertise include sales, customer relations, root cause analysis, NPS championship, skill transfer and team building. His success in developing teams is attributed to his inspirational and enthusiastic ability to build rapport with his audience.

David began his career as a customer service representative, and through his hard work and dedication to excellence, he was rapidly promoted to management positions including operations manager with Convergys, and he earned a seat on the Board of Directors with American Income Life (AIL). He held other key management positions at JPMorgan Chase, QVC, Sears Roebuck & Company and AT&T (third party vendor).
