Moeller-Bob-176Working for RCDA on the AT&T/DIRECTV portfolio, Bob Moeller has been building capability and capacity by improving individual, team and organizational performance. He has led DIRECTV’s Direct Sales team, providing training and talent development services.

Bob is a highly motivated, results-driven director of learning and talent development with more than 20 years of success in creating and implementing leadership development solutions and employee learning systems for world-class corporations. He is recognized as an expert in design, development, implementation and marketing of leadership development programs, from entry-level positions through officer-level positions in global workforces. He is also adept in startup situations and the use and application of human capital management systems (HCMS) to create transparency, drive accountability and ensure a healthy leadership development pipeline.

Bob’s broad industry experience includes working in telecom, soft drinks, solid waste and renewable energy, and technology. He has extensive international business experience working and delivering results in the United Kingdom, India, China, Mexico and Canada.

Before joining RCDA, Bob worked for Coca-Cola, Republic Services and Amazon Logistics. He was responsible for the start-up and overall success of the learning and talent development functions and for the design, development, delivery and measurement of all training programs to ensure clear and sustained positive impact on the business.

Utilizing a blended learning model that combines instructor led training and scalable, intuitive, self-service eLearning, he was responsible for the simplification, scalability and implementation of learning interventions ranging from technology enhancements and new technologies to process improvements and leadership development.
