Alecia Spencer, Consultant

Spencer-Alecia-174-2Alecia Spencer has more than 15 years of experience in sales and contact center management with Convergys. She has experience with inbound and outbound contact centers across multiple industries including IT, retail, electronic payments, cable and satellite and telecommunications. Alecia began her career as a sales account manager, then quickly moved into a management role. As a senior manager she supported operations teams for the business-to-business client base with responsibility for training and development, implementation and strategic oversight of the global operating model. In 2014, she joined the leadership development team as a regional development leader, where she expanded the Convergys coaching model to include a detailed approach for improving sales skills. She created a sales leadership training program that was adopted as the global model for developing team leaders.

Alecia graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1993 with a bachelors degree in psychology. She is an MBA student at Thomas More College with an anticipated graduation date of April 2017.
