Garcia-Mariza-174-2As an RCDA Sales Champion since 2014, Mariza Garcia has been a part of DIRECTV’s telco project, Direct Sales group and the Sustainability Model Team (SMT) on a major initiative helping drive the successful execution and implementation of newly formed customer experience quality teams within AT&T/DIRECTV vendor partner sites nationwide.

Mariza has 15 years of sales experience and proven success. Mariza has an extensive background in driving results and motivating and coaching her sales teams. Her work experience includes working for Cox Communications as a member of the management team for outbound sales and retention. She managed affiliate partners and vendors, cultivating meaningful client relationships across all management levels to positively influence key decision makers. Her experience includes developing and implementing sales strategies to ensure department success. She also developed and implemented a win-back sales program, coaching and developing associates for success.
