Gloss-Chris-new-04142016-174Chris Gloss joined RCDA in 2014 to support major AT&T/DIRECTV coaching and best practice model initiatives. He has been a part of the AT&T DIRECTV direct sales group and most recently worked as a sustainability model team (SMT) member helping drive implementation of newly formed customer experience quality teams within AT&T/DIRECTV sites. 

Chris has a 15-plus year track record of exceptional results leading, motivating and coaching sales teams. He has been instrumental in equipping people with the tools they need to be successful in leadership, sales, customer service and recruiting in fast paced, high-volume environments that demand high productivity and increased profitability.

He believes in highly interactive presentations where the participants experience a shift in thinking that leads to increase in productivity, proficiency and profitability.
